Carlye leads human-centered design workshops and trainings, co-creates with organizations to develop innovative solutions, and develops research-validated design tools. Her expertise comes from over 8 years of consulting in the private, public, non-profit, and academic sectors across the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Carlye earned her doctorate in the field of Design Theory & Methodology. She is an Assistant Professor of Product Design at the University of Minnesota, Principal of Carlye Lauff Consulting LLC, Senior Instructor for LUMA Institute & Adjunct Fellow for the SUTD Academy.
